For departments with hundreds of people across multiple teams, this page is a key resource. Here's what you need:
Team Directory: List all teams, and make sure each one has its own dedicated site.
Org chart: Clearly show how everyone in the department is connected.
Tools & Communication Channels: Gather all tools and platforms into one central place.
Start by cataloging everything your department already has. Then, ask your team what else they need and build a plan to create a streamlined, user-friendly ecosystem.
